1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okabc ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the okabc website located at https://okabc.cam and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by okabc, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines, rules, or policies referenced herein.

okabc reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2 Eligibility & Age Restrictions

To register for and use the okabc Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with Philippine regulations on gambling and online gaming.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be located in or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of okabc, or an immediate family member thereof.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

We reserve the right to request supporting documentation to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access okabc's full suite of gaming services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate at all times.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to open and maintain only one (1) account on the okabc Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. okabc strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform. You must notify okabc immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

okabc shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are being used will be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you have previously notified us of a breach.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements, okabc may require you to submit valid government-issued identification and proof of address before processing withdrawal requests. Accepted Philippine documents include: PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS or GSIS ID, and PRC ID.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

okabc accepts deposits via approved Philippine payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved local banks. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform, which typically range from a few hours to 24 hours depending on the payment method selected. okabc reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be declined if your account has not completed the required KYC verification process.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on okabc are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Where conversion is required, exchange rates will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.

4.4 Refunds

Deposits used to place bets that have been settled are generally non-refundable. Refund requests for unplayed deposits may be considered on a case-by-case basis at okabc's sole discretion, subject to successful identity verification and compliance with applicable AML regulations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

okabc offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to the player's account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and may require an opt-in action.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• okabc reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, if misuse or abuse is suspected.
• A player may not hold more than one (1) welcome bonus entitlement. Employees, agents, and associates of okabc are not eligible for player-facing bonuses.
• okabc reserves the right to apply a maximum bet rule during bonus wagering. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum while bonus funds are active may be voided.

6 Gameplay & Fair Use

okabc provides access to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and other gaming products supplied by certified third-party software providers. All games utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot and other applicable games are published by the respective game providers and are available for review within the game information sections. okabc does not alter or influence RTP rates from those set by the certified providers.

In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, okabc's system will complete or void the round in accordance with the relevant game rules and the established technical protocol for that game type. Any dispute regarding game outcomes must be submitted to customer support within 7 days of the disputed event.

7 Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities while using the okabc Platform. Violation of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Employing any strategy, tool, or technique designed to circumvent or exploit game mechanics, bonus structures, or security systems.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account, identity, or payment method.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or wager.
• Engaging in money laundering, chip dumping, or any other activity designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Platform's software or code.
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code via the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okabc staff, agents, or other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

okabc is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We provide a suite of tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, temporary self-exclusion, and permanent self-exclusion options accessible from your account settings.

9 Privacy & Data Use

okabc collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We comply with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Player data is stored securely and will not be sold to or shared with unaffiliated third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law or regulation.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the okabc Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game assets, software code, interface designs, text, and audio-visual materials — is the proprietary property of okabc or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okabc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures.

okabc's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your okabc account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okabc does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend, discontinue, or modify any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice and without incurring liability.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

okabc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete mandatory identity verification within the prescribed period.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player or a court-ordered prohibition.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure of your account, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds and subject to completed KYC verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

13 Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact okabc customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

okabc's decision on the outcome of any disputed game or wager shall be final and binding, provided that such decision has been made in good faith and is consistent with these Terms.

14 Amendments to These Terms

okabc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments to these Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page and is identified by the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of the document.
